Position Summary:

Develop a solid understanding of LasX products, manufacturing processes, laser technology, business processes and systems by joining the LasX direct sales team. This position requires a high level of client interaction and include accountability for sales performance. Candidates should be highly organized and detail oriented. This person is comfortable managing several opportunities concurrently and is comfortable driving customers to a buying decision.

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects associated with assigned accounts, including but not limited to new development, community management, internal and external communication, support and maintenance issues.
  • Evaluate assigned account's business processes and provide recommendations for automation and enhancements that generate additional revenue.
  • Collaborate with business development team.
  • Collaborate with development, marketing, support, community management and QA to ensure the successful launch and acceptable performance of solutions.
  • Identify revenue opportunities within assigned accounts and their community through communications, programs and other activities as needed, collaborating with marketing, community management, business development and support.
  • Act as liaison for internal and external communications with assigned accounts. Manage ongoing conference calls and ensure a positive relationship with assigned accounts. Provide regular status reports and manage task lists on assigned accounts progress for all project areas.
  • Manage projects using defined project management tools and communication vehicles.
  • Facilitate enhancements to communications, tools, capabilities and product lines.
  • Participate in cross functional groups to establish marketing campaigns, product direction and productive solutions.
  • Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in relevant area of study and 2 plus years of high-tech account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Inquisitive two-way communication skills, excellent verbal and technical writing skills.
  • Takes the initiative, goes one step further every time, takes full responsibility for outcomes.
  • Detail oriented, prodigious and impressive output.
  • Efficient and effective problem solver, synthesizing information to develop solutions
  • Quick and effective learner.

Physical Requirements:

  • This position may include up to 50% travel. Travel to include local, domestic and international locations. Travel may be one or multiple days as needed.
